To coincide with its 50th anniversary celebrations, the New Zealand Historic Places Trust is bringing together professionals involved in heritage management, protection and development to meet, discuss and debate New Zealand's important heritage issues.

Our Heritage Future - the conference theme will focus on New Zealand's heritage future and the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead for New Zealand's heritage places.

This conference will stimulate, educate and inspire you with expert local and international keynote speakers sharing specialist knowledge and expertise on a variety of heritage related topics. Workshop sessions and field trips will focus on Maori Heritage, Planning and Resource Management, Economic Development and Conservation; offering practical opportunities to share knowledge, discuss trends, learn and build partnerships.
