Branch CommitteesThe Trust has 24 branches throughout New Zealand, each of which has a Branch Committee elected by the Trusts membership in their geographic area. Branches work closely with the Trusts Area Managers and Area Coordinators and the community to raise awareness of heritage issues as well as provide opportunities for participation in heritage related activities in their area. Branch Committees also provide local input into the decisions of the Trust Board. A list of the 24 Branch Committees is shown below, along with telephone numbers for the Secretary of each Committee. Your local Trust office can also provide details for contacting the one nearest to you. Some of our branch committees also have their own websites - those in the Canterbury-Westland region, Otago and Auckland.
